- Notification of the TIAA automatic enrollment and Qualified Default Investment provisions is required to be sent on an annual basis to participants in the plan and to new hires eligible to participate. Automatic Enrollment & QDIA Notice.
- DOL Section 404(a) requires retirement plan sponsors to provide disclosures on investment related fees and other information to help participants make informed investment decisions.
