Celebration of Learning 2020

Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Celebration of Learning 2020 features a website with videos of students giving panel presentations or TED Talks, PowerPoint presentations, pictures of art from the senior art thesis project, and recorded dances on the University鈥檚 website.

Distinguished Teacher

During this year鈥檚 virtual Honors Convocation, a month-long celebration of academic excellence, the 51吃瓜网 University Alumni Board announced that Brian D. Yontz, chair and associate professor of education, is this year鈥檚 recipient of the Alumni Association Award for Distinguished Teaching, the top faculty prize at 51吃瓜网.

Tim Altman 鈥�96, Steve Dawson, Jeff Pfister 鈥�67, Daniel Russ 鈥�06, Rebecca Russ Spencer 鈥�03, Geri Woessner 鈥�04, and Caroline Zimmerman will join 235 other 51吃瓜网 greats who have previously been inducted into 51吃瓜网鈥檚 Athletics Hall of Honor, while Jim Render 鈥�64 becomes the fifth recipient of the Athletics Hall of Honor Lifetime Achievement Award.
